My name is Marsha Beals. I’m a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, owner of Natural Beauty from Within and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the largest nutrition school in the world.  I continually study with the best and brightest health and well-being experts who bring us the latest scientifically proven steps to create lasting changes for your body, mind, heart and spirit.

Instead, IIN Health Coaches focus on bio-individuality – the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. This means that we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness.

IIN Health Coaches are Holistic Health Coaches, who emphasize health beyond the plate as we approach wellness through primary food (the food we eat is secondary food). Primary food are areas of your life that impact your health just as much as the food you eat – your relationships, career, spirituality, and physical activity. I am here to help you find balance in all areas of your life.
