Easy Morning Oatmeal
Instructions
  1. In bowl with a cover, combine all ingredients. Shake or stir well. Keep in refrigerator overnight. The next morning it is ready to eat, or may be gently heated on stovetop for 1-3 min

*Chia seeds are an excellent source of Omega 3’s and are high in fiber. Chia seeds contain protein, calcium, potassium, iron, and antioxidants and are very helpful with energy. Chia seeds can also help with curbing appetite, balancing blood sugar and weight loss.
